Principal's Corner

Dear Colt Family
I want to officially welcome all of you to the 2018-19 school year! We are very proud of our dedicated, experienced staff and enthusiastic learners!! It is exciting to see all of our students return for another exciting school year.

I am privileged to have the opportunity to return this school year as your Principal and I truly feel honored to work with such a highly qualified and dedicated staff, our wonderful students, and all of the supportive parents. The elementary years are critical times of development for students and families and I look forward to working with all of you to make this school year successful.

This is going to be a successful year in the terms of the rating that the state gives us, the performance of the students on internal or external tests, and the joy of seeing our children thrive and flourish. Quality teaching is born from a passion for education and constant desire to do good things better. It is evident in the good planning, high levels of student engagement, and higher order questioning to name a few.

I look forward to seeing many new and familiar faces.
Educationally Yours,

Mrs. Stephanie Stuckey
Principal - Maryville Elementary
